Children's Aid has created a place specifically designed to give underprivileged artists their own place to grow and to develop their talents - the Fred Dolan Visual Arts Academy.
In a perfect world, every child would be nurtured by a loving family, attend a great school and live in a supportive community. But the sad reality is...not every child has these opportunities.
